I walk into NCIS headquarters from my day off and walk towards Tony.
"Hey Tony. I'm back from my day on." I smile and lend over on his desk.
"Hey Ziva." He stretched my name out to sound like Zee-vah. "Oh, and its off, back from your day off. What did you do on your day off?"
"DINOZZO, GET BACK TO WORK!" Gibbs yelled.
"Sorry, Boss. Going back to work now." He just smiled at me.
"Well, while you guys work on your case, I will be in the break room." As I started to walk away, I could feel someone staring at me, so I turned around. "Tony! Stop staring at my ass!"
He blushes and goes back to looking at the report papers on his desk. I go to the break room and fall asleep. I wake up at Tony shaking my shoulder.
"Did you guys catch your killer, yet?" I asked tiredly.
"No, but Abby wants to see you."
"Um...okay?"
I go to Abby's lab and she's got the music up so loud that I couldn't even hear my self think.
"ABBY!" She didn't hear me, so I turned off the music.
"HEY! Don't touch my music!"
"Sorry, but you needed to see me?"
"Oh yeah. You and Tony are really close friends, right?"
"Yeah...? Why?"
"We're working on a case and the slug we pulled from the body, matches the same caliber as Tony's gun...it was used to kill a guy in Quantico."
"What!? There's no way Tony did that! He had to have been framed! YOU!" I pointed to Abby's lab assistant, Chip. "YOU FRAMED TONY!
You can probably guess what he did. Yep, he ran for it. Being trained as a Mossad officer in Israel, he shouldn't run. I can easily catch him. I ran after him and then tackled him. He landed on the floor and I sat on him. He punched me in the side, got back up, and came face to face with the muzzle of Gibbs' gun.
"You bastard! That hurt like hell!" I then punched him in the nose.
"OW! Bitch!"
"Book him, Tony." Gibbs told Tony.
Tony took him into interrogation. Chip tries to deny everything. He pissed me off so much that stormed into the interrogation room.
"LIAR!" I took him by his shirt collar and slammed him against the wall. "TELL THE TRUTH!" I pressed him harder against the wall.
"That's enough, Ziva!" Tony pulls me off of him an then takes me outside. "What the hell was that!? I've never seen you act that way!"
"I'm sorry!" I just break into tears. "I just don't want to lose you."
He pulls me into his arms and holds me tightly to his chest.
"Shh...It's okay. You're not going to lose me and I'm never going to lose you. You are mine."
I grabbed his shirt into my fists.
"And...you...are...mine. I love you, Tony."
Tony seemed to be a little shocked when I said that.
"Yeah, me to."
My heart just broke. He wouldn't even say the words. So I backed up and started to walk away. Tony grabbed my wrist to stop me.
"Wait, what's wrong?"
"N-Nothing. I just need some fresh air..." I jerked my hand away and ran outside.
I love Tony, but he won't even say that he loves me. I don't know what to do anymore, and then Gibbs came out and walked towards me.
"Ziva! What the hell was that all about?"
"I'm sorry, Gibbs. I don't know what came under me."
"It's under and you had better have a damn good answer why, before I send you back to Tel-Aviv!"
I know that I can't tell him about me and Tony. That's the whole reason I did it. So I lied.
"I don't know."
"You plane leaves tomorrow morning. Pack your bags and I will drive you to the airport tomorrow morning."
"Gibbs, don't do this..." I started to cry.
He had already walked away. I went home and packed my things. I sat on the edge of my bed and looked at the floor. I heard my door creak open, so I grabbed my gun and pointed it at the door.
"Can I come in? Without getting shot?" Tony asked taking precaution as he came in.
I put my gun away and he entered. He squatted down in front of me and grabbed my hands.
"What's wrong, baby?" He rubbed my fingers with his thumb. I put my hand on his cheek.
"You remember what happened earlier, when I stormed into interrogation?"
"Yeah?"
"Gibbs told me that I had better have a damn good answer why I did it. I told him I don't know and now he's sending me back to Tel-Aviv."
"That bastard! Anyway, we can worry about that in the morning. Let's not think about it right now."
He took his shirt off and climbed on top of me. He kissed my neck and then ran his lips up to meet mine. He then kissed me. His lips tasted good, but I didn't want this. Now right now.
"Tony, no." I tried to push him off, but I didn't work. "Tony, stop it." I finally pushed him off of me.
He looked at me like he was confused. I just wanted my rest.
"What's the matter?"
"I don't want to do this tonight; I've had a long day. I just want to sleep." I sat up.
"Okay, I understand. But do you mind if I stay the night?"
"Nah, you can stay. After all, who else is going to keep the nightmares away?" I smiled and changed into my pajamas.
He was dressed in nothing but his boxers and he crawled into bed beside me. He draped his arm over me and pulled me closer to his body, and then I fell asleep.
I woke up and he was gone. I got dressed and stared at my bags. Today is the last day that I'm going to see Tony ever again. I fell to the floor and broke into tears.
"Why!? Why does this always have to happen to me!?" I screamed and started throwing stuff at the wall.
I saw my gun lying on top of my nightstand. I grabbed it and sat at the foot of my bed. I held it to my head and almost pulled the trigger, when Tony walked in. He ran to me and grabbed the gun out of my hand. He slid it across the floor and pulled me up into his arms.
"What the hell were you thinking!?"
"I just don't want to go back there! Not again!"
"Well, if you want to get it out of your system, take it out on me. Don't kill yourself over it. I'm your frustration punching bag, that's what I'm here for."
I started punching his chest over and over again. I cried when I was done but he kept me in his arms tightly. He started rubbing my back, calming me down.
"Shh...its okay. I'm not going to let him take you away. We have to tell Gibbs the truth."
"It wont make a difference. He's going to send me back there either way." I grabbed his shirt into my fists and buried my face into his chest*
"C'mon. It will work."
He held my hand as we went to NCIS. We saw Gibbs sitting at his desk, so we walk you to him. He looked up at us.
"You ready to go, David? C'mon." He started to walk towards the elevator and he motioned me to go with him.
"No, Boss! She's not going anywhere!" Tony said as he guarded me with his body.
"No? You don't give me orders, DiNozzo!" He got into Tony's face.
"She's! Not! Going! Anywhere!" He said as he towered over Gibbs.
I hid behind Tony. I had my hand on his bicep and he had his hand on my hip. When Gibbs saw that, he just laughed.
"Protecting you partner? Well, its not going to work. I am your superior officer! I am the one who gives orders around here! What I say goes! You got that, DiNozzo!?"
"No, Boss! I don't!" Tony growled. "We can take this up with Director Shepard!"
"Fine!"
We walked to the Director's office. She looked surprised to see me crying.
"What's going on here!?" She stood up.
"Gibbs is going to send Ziva back to Tel-Aviv!"
"Did I authorize that, Special Agent Gibbs!?"
"No, ma-am. But-"
"Then she is free to stay here at NCIS. If you have a problem with that, then you can take it up with MY superiors. Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes, ma-am."
Without thinking, I reached up and kissed Tony. Then, I heard someone clear their throat.
"What have I said about rule number twelve!? Never date a co-worker!"
"We don't give a damn! Screw rule twelve!"
"Well Jethro, you've got-" She smiles.
"Don't even say it, Jenn."
"I can stay!" I kissed Tony again and put my arms around his waist.
"How long has this been going on?" Director Shepard asked us.
"A few months."
"A few months!?" Gibbs seemed upset.
The rest of us just laughed.
"I love you, Ziva." Tony told me.
I was shocked, but I just smiled.
"I love you too, Tony."
but glad you liked it.
